At McDonald Uniforms, we try our best to have all of the items we offer in stock. However, sometimes our stock runs out and we replenish it immediately. If you have an item on backorder it will be shipped out once we receive it. Our Packings Slips let you know when you receive your initial order if an item is on back order. If you place an order for only one item and it is on backorder, we will contact you to let you know.

Our return policy is that the item has not been used and is still in its original packaging. Defective or prematurely worn items are dealt with on an individual basis at our discretion. When returning an item(s) please fill out the Exchange / Return Form. Please also see our Policies Page.
